ive looted a gold req 7 swords max dragon sword 15-22 and a max armor defender armor 16 req 7 str

can it get any lower than req 7 BUT still be max damage? if so can someone post a screenshot?

i think the lowest req for a max dmg weapon is 8 anyway

no there are some very rare req 7 max dmg weapons out there... I have one
